Thank you for that refreshing walk around your garden! Since I don’t have one anymore it’s wonderful to be able to share the experience vicariously.
Lemon Balm is wonderful in tea, and makes a great tea in itself. I’ve heard it can be used in almost anything. I would think salads would be wonderful with it, and especially tossed with fresh braised veggies and some olive oil. Mmmm now I’m hungry.
